Booking, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
At Desert Heartbeat CPR, we understand that plans can change. We do our best to offer flexibility while keeping classes running smoothly for all students.
If you need to reschedule your class, please contact us by email at info@desertheartbeatcpr.com or submit a request through our rescheduling link: https://desertheartbeatcpr.com/reschedule
2 or more days’ notice:
You may reschedule your class at no cost if you contact us at least two (2) days prior to your scheduled class. One reschedule is allowed within 60 days of your original class date.
Less than 2 days’ notice:
A $15 rescheduling fee will apply. Rescheduling must be completed and the fee paid before attending a new class. One reschedule is allowed within 60 days.
Blended Courses:
If you are enrolled in a blended course, the online portion must be completed before your in-person session. If it is not completed, you will need to reschedule, and the rescheduling fee will apply.
Additional Reschedules:
Only one reschedule is permitted. If you are unable to attend your rescheduled class, no further credits or transfers will be issued.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class time.
Students arriving more than 5 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure the integrity of the training. Rescheduling fees may apply.
If you are unable to attend your class, please notify us prior to the start time.
Students who do not attend and do not notify us in advance will be considered a no-show. Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or credits.
If you need to cancel your class:
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@desertheartbeatcpr.com
If a charge is disputed or reversed, a $25 processing fee will apply in addition to the original transaction amount.
Your personal information is kept confidential and is only used to process your registration and provide services related to your class. We do not sell or share your information with outside vendors.
By registering for a class, you agree to the terms above regarding scheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
