This CPR, AED, and First Aid course, available through both the American Red Cross and American Heart Association (AHA), provides essential life-saving skills through a blend of self-paced online learning and an in-person skills session. Designed specifically for the general public, this course is ideal for parents, babysitters, caregivers, and anyone interested in learning basic CPR and First Aid. You'll learn how to perform CPR and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on adults, children, and infants. The course also covers critical First Aid topics, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), managing shock, bleeding, diabetes, and asthma, responding to anaphylaxis, seizures, and both internal and external injuries, treating burns, poisoning, bites, and stings, and handling heat and cold emergencies

This online, non-certification course teaches essential steps for responding confidently in life-threatening emergencies. You’ll learn compression-only CPR, basic AED use, and how to identify and manage choking incidents. The course also covers techniques for stopping life-threatening bleeding with pressure and tourniquets, along with how to administer naloxone during an opioid overdose.
Designed for those who are at risk for on the job exposure to blood and other bodily fluids in the workplace. The course teaches staff how bloodborne pathogens are spread how to avoid exposure and what to do if exposed to infectious material. This course is one of the requirements of the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard. After taking this course students should talk with their employer about their workplace’s specific policies and procedures. Those who complete the training receive a Bloodborne certificate.

This 35 minute online course covers understanding your pet's vital signs breathing and cardiac emergencies wounds and bleeding seizures and preventative care for cats and dogs.
The First Aid for Opioid Overdoses Online course will provide you with the knowledge and confidence you need to respond to a suspected opioid overdose emergency. You will learn to identify the signs and symptoms of a suspected opioid overdose and then the appropriate care to provide based on the responsiveness of the person. This course includes information on how to use several different naloxone products -- a nasal atomizer, Narcan and EVZIO -- to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose.
First Aid for Severe Trauma™ (FAST™) – Online provides participants with the knowledge and skills they need to respond to an emergency involving life-threatening bleeding including how to recognize a life-threatening bleeding emergency ensure safety and communicate effectively in an emergency control life-threatening bleeding using direct pressure a tourniquet or both. The course is designed to enhance participants’ ability to take decisive lifesaving action to assist a person with a traumatic condition.
The First Aid for Severe Bleeding Online course will prepare you to recognize severe, life-threatening bleeding emergencies and to take action to stop the flow of blood. You will learn how and when to control bleeding by applying a tourniquet and hemostatic dressing. This interactive course includes audio and video and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. You must pass a final quiz to complete the course.
