**RESCHEDULING POLICY**

To reschedule a class, students must visit:  Reschedule or email us at Info@desertheartbeatcpr.com We will not honor any rescheduling request without proof that an attempt was made to contact us.

3 or more days’ notice:

If you contact us within business hours three (3) or more days prior to the day of your course (excluding listed holidays), no rescheduling fee will apply. Students may reschedule one time only within 60 days of the original class date.

Less than 3 days’ notice:

If you contact us less than three (3) days prior to the start of class, a $15 rescheduling fee will apply to all courses. Students may reschedule one time only within 60 days of the original class date. We cannot reschedule you for another class until the rescheduling fee has been paid.

***If you selected a BLENDED course and the online course is not completed before class, you will have to reschedule and are responsible for the fee of $15. 

Rescheduling more than once:

Rescheduling more than once is not permitted. If a student is unable to attend the rescheduled class, no refund or credit will be issued, except in cases of extreme weather conditions that prevent travel. No cancelation refund is available once you have rescheduled or your class date has passed.  

**LATE POLICY**

Students must arrive on time. We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to the start of class.

If a student arrives more than 10 minutes late, they will be considered a NO SHOW. Please see the NO SHOW Policy below.

If you know in advance that you will be late, you must reschedule before the class start time to avoid being marked as a NO SHOW. Refer to the Rescheduling Policy above for details.

**NO SHOW POLICY**

Any student who does not attend class and fails to notify us prior to the start of class is considered a NO SHOW. No refunds or credits will be issued for NO SHOW students.

**REFUND POLICY**

Students may receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee if the class is canceled at least two (2) days prior to the scheduled class date. No refunds are offered for cancellations made less than two (2) days before class. All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@desertheartbeatcpr.com

**CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK / DISPUTE POLICY**

If a charge is disputed by the student (or the cardholder, if different from the student) due to the charge not being recognized or recalled, the student is responsible for a $25 processing fee, in addition to the original charges associated with the transaction.

**PRIVACY POLICY**

At Desert Heartbeat CPR, LLC, your privacy is very important to us. Any information you provide when making purchases or requests—including your name, address, phone number, email, mailing address, credit card, or banking information—is kept strictly confidential and is never sold to outside vendors.

Your information is used only to provide necessary services related to your purchase (e.g., payment processors, FedEx, UPS).
