 The assessment will include realistic mock code scenarios designed specifically for your clinical environment. Staff will participate in small groups, allowing everyone to take an active role in the emergency response. Each scenario will be followed by a debrief to discuss strengths, opportunities for improvement, and best practices.

The assessment will evaluate areas such as:

* Recognition of a medical emergency

* Activation of the emergency response system (911)

* CPR performance

* AED retrieval and use

* Team communication and role assignments

* Overall response readiness

Following the assessment, I will provide recommendations to help strengthen your team’s emergency preparedness.

If you would like to include a CPR skills refresher (without certification), It can be added to the session for an additional fee. If any staff members need to renew their CPR certification, we can also provide an official CPR certification class during a separate session or coordinate it as part of your training needs.
